Diana is an experienced business advisor and facilitator with some 25 years’ experience in the cooperative, social enterprise and charitable sectors. Drawing on her training as a building surveyor and her passion for social and environmental justice she has developed her career working with community enterprises and local authorities.

Diana draws on her training as a building surveyor and has an M.Sc. in Voluntary Sector Organisation. She has worked with many communities across the South West, for example: 

  • Evaluation of heritage capital and activity projects.
  • Supporting community asset transfer and asset development projects. 
  • Supporting the development of start-up Societies and community businesses.
  • Development of community share offers and Standard Mark assessments. 
  • Facilitating group processes such as strategic reviews and theory of change planning.
  • Grant assessor for a major community business investor. 

For many years Diana ran the Rules Registration Service for Wessex Community Assets – registering community benefit societies, undertaking company conversions and providing governance training and support.

Carbon Literate Certification Mark

Diana has completed Carbon Literacy® training: “An awareness of the carbon costs and impacts of everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions, on an individual, community and organisational basis.”
